• - The International Healthcare Center has two departments:
  The Department of International Cooperation, which deals with administrative procedures and the Department of Medical Services, where the treatment takes place.
• - Our team provide all the necessary information about the visa issuance procedures and traveling in Korea, adjusts the schedule and help resolve all claims and complaints that have arisen in the hospital. By implementing Smart Care services, which includes Smart Check Up, Fast Track, Smart After Care, waiting times are reduced and convenience levels are improved to provide VIP care to international patients.
• - The International Center provides differentiated medical services in four areas: Western Medicine, Korean Medicine, Dentistry, Western and Korean Medicine Multidisciplinary Care Center.
• - The Western and Korean Medicine Multidisciplinary Care Center Program expands treatment options for many diseases and improves patient satisfaction.

• - The International Medical Center provides a one-stop service through the support of professional medical interpreters in languages such as English, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, and Mongolian. Our main role is to create the most comfortable hospital experience, raise the level of international patient satisfaction to the highest level, reduce not only the waiting time, but the treatment and recovery period, so that patients can return home safely.
• - Even after leaving the country, we will answer any questions about the state of your health by e-mail and provide feedback. In addition, we are continuously conducting training programs for foreign doctors, which strengthens international scientific ties and build networks.
